How much does Smartichoke cost?List Item 3
We build apps for a variety of markets and business types. If you go with one of our "off the shelf" apps, you'll pay a fixed monthly fee. Additional costs are incurred, based on specific requests. If you require a custom app, we'll scope your requirements and quote you a build fee and ongoing monthly subscription costs. Please contact us today to learn more about pricing for your app.

Does Smartichoke integrate with 3rd party services?List Item 4
Yes! We are already set up to integrate with popular 3rd party services, but just let us know during your initial call with us and we'll be sure to provide clarity on feasibility, time and costs.

Can Smartichoke build custom apps?
Absolutley! If you've got an idea for an app, then we're excited to hear it. We'll seek to understand your requirements and budget, so we can provide you with a scope for an effective solution.

How do I cancel my account?
Just contact our customer support team and we'll process that request for you inline with your contract agreement with us.

Am I locked into a contract?
No. Once your app is live, you are free to opt out of your subscription at anytime, in line with the contract agreement.

What kind of payments do you accept?
We use Stripe as our payment processor, which is one of the most secure and trusted payment platforms in the world. We accept most major credit and debt cards.

Do I need to enter my credit card to sign up?
Nope. Every app starts with a conversation and a demo. We're happy to start when you are.

Are there any set up fees?
Depending on the type of app you want, will depend on the costs asscoiated with it. If it's a custom app, then the project will be broken into phases, with milestone payments attached to each deliverable. If you require your app to be launched on the Android or Apple app store, then there are additional third party costs involved.

Are there any overage fees?
We are able to offer limited storage as part of your monthly subscrption, but overage fees for data will need to be agreed as part of your contract.

Can I pay quarterly?
Yes, and annually too.

Will my data be safe?
At Smartichoke we understand the importance of data privacy regulation around the world, and as a UK based team, are compliant with GDPR. You can read everything you need to know about how we use data in our privacy policy.

Do I own my app?
Smartichoke delivers software as a service, or SaaS as it's also known as. This means you pay a monthly recurring subscription for your app. If you stop paying, we disable your app, so in that sense, you don't own your app.
